The energy in its essence its vibration. All your thoughts and feelings are energy. Learn how to master and raise those vibrations and watch how your life changes dramatically.
1. Find Beauty and Appreciate it
Most people go through life without noticing all the beautiful things around them, beauty is all around you, from early morning to late evening stars and everywhere in between.
Take a moment to enjoy beauty when you see it, even if you see it in your lover or a simple flower, appreciate all the beauty that life has to offer.
2. Make a List of What You Are Grateful For.
One thing you can do is make a gratitude list, a notepad or a journal and write down a few things a day you are grateful for, making a gratitude list shifts your vibrations from what you don’t have to what you appreciate you have, therefore attracting more of what you already have and what you wish you have.
You can start your gratitude list with “ I’m Alive”.
Time alone with ourselves is what we need to raise our vibration. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and focus on your breath, take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.
You can start with only 10 minutes of meditation per day, make sure nobody disturbs you in those 10 minutes, don’t let any gadgets distract your attention and just be with yourself and focus, it can be a life-changer. Meditation helps to calm your spirit down and put you in a peaceful state of mind.
4. Do Something for Someone Else.
Even if you don’t have much, try to give to someone else a little bit of what you have, this will shift your thinking from “ I don’t have enough, to I have more than enough to give to others too”.
It also lifts our vibration when we do a good deed, have you noticed you start feeling a little bit better when you do a nice thing for someone and they have a little bit of joy from whatever you’ve done for them, their joy is your joy, feel it, embrace it, you’ve earned it.
5. Stop Gossiping and Complaining.
Those 2 things lower your vibration very much, it puts us in a very low state of vibration. Ask yourself this “ Are the things you are complaining about bringing you more of what you want?
Or is gossiping about someone going to change your life for the better?” If the answer is no, you need to stop right away and focus on the positives and start finding ways to rejoice.
6. Move, Exercise. Get Active.
Moving and exercising lifts up your vibration, as vibration requires movement.
Get active, Dance, go to the local gym and work on your body, you will immediately start feeling better about yourself, if you are in a low state of vibration ( depression ) you will start seeing immediate result after you start working on yourself, improving yourself improves your vibration as-well.
The happier you will start to feel you will draw happy experiences to yourself since you are operating on a different frequency, on a higher vibration.
Ever happen to catch yourself being short on breath? That’s because you are, you haven’t focus on your breath in a while and your body needs more of it than just to stay alive.
To regulate your vibration and frequency you need to stop sometimes, relax and focus on your breath, take a deep breath, it has a direct effect on your nervous system and it helps calm you down. A calm vibration is high vibration.
